Bul, is a fictional character in Zoids: Chaotic Century. His name is sometimes translated as Blu. A minor character, he appears in the first episode.
Overview
He first appears in Episode 1 piloting a blue Guysak, attempting to murder Van as a test for his new Zoid. He is defeated when Zeke rockets Van and himself out, launching Bul and presumably freezing his combat system.
He next appears in Episode 3 during an attack on a village, where he is quickly defeated by a missile attack.
He appeared in Episode 8, although with no dialogue.
Personality
Bul appears cruel, immoral, and willing to hurt others for his own amusement. This is shown as he attacks an unarmed Van on a hoverboard with his newly acquired Guysak. He has been called a fool, getting excited over a "trashed old Guysak."
Ability as a Zoid pilot
He exhibits little piloting skills, even being mocked when his gang mates say giving a rookie like him a Zoid is a waste of money. Despite this, he holds a high opinion of his piloting abilities, believing a stray Zoid like his Guysak can become a lethal weapon with him at the controls.
