The Diploguns (ディプロガンズ Dipuroganzu), also spelled as Diplo Guns, is a Chimera-type Zoid from the fictional Zoids universe. One of over 200 species of biomechanical life forms that provide the basis for TOMY’s model kit, anime, and comic based Zoids franchise.
Overview[]
Diploguns is an unmanned Chimera Blox with the features of a Diplocaulus and an archerfish. It is one of the components of the Chimera Dragon, and combines with Flyscissors, Demonshead, and Shellkarn to form it.
It can also combine with Demonshead, Shellkarn, Nightwise, Unenlagia, and Leoblaze to form Gojulox.

Zoids Fuzors[]
The Diploguns is seen in episode 18 of Zoids Fuzors, where it fused to form the Chimera Dragon. The Zoid was remotely controlled by the Chimera AI. The Zoid appears briefly as a separate entity when the Chimera Dragon attacks by de-fusing in mid battle. However, its role is mostly relegated to being a component of the Chimera Dragon.

Blox[]
Diploguns was first released in mid-July 2002 as part of the Blox line. The kit was moulded mostly in light blue and light grey. A re-colored version with red moulded parts was also released as part of the Chimera Dragon set.
Z-Builders[]
Diploguns was released as a part of Hasbro's Z-Builders line in the United States. It is mostly identical to the original Japanese Blox version.
