It is able to traverse deep water, reaching areas that would have been previously inaccessible. It is one of three transporter Zoids (the others being the [[Gustav]] and the [[Hover Cargo]]) that can board the [[Whale King]], which in turn can carry all three to any location on the game's map without getting interrupted by a wild Zoid party, ensuring a fast travel. The Dragoon Nest appeared in the NJR Battle Story as part of the Eisen Dragoon unit, where it was deployed alongside the Demantis and Maccurtis, as the army's mobile base. It is the one of the largest of the cargo ship type Zoids.
