The Scorpear is a Scorpion-Type Zoid, one of over 200 species of biomechanical lifeforms depicted by TOMY's Zoids model, toy, and media franchise.

Overview

The Scorpear is a small Zoid with an open-air cockpit. Compared to other Zoids in the Zoids: Wild series, it is an S-sized Zoid.

Zoids Wild

The Scorpear is the partner Zoid of Penne.

It is revealed that the Scorpear had been with Penne for a long time. Her parents were Zoid mechanics, and they were repairing the Scorpear when they were attacked by bandits. Her parents were killed and Penne used the Scorpear to support a life of bounty hunting.

While she traveled with the Scorpear for a long time, it did not bestow a Zoid Key to her until episode 17.

The Scorpear's Wild Blast is used by Penne in stealthy "assassination" style one-hit takedowns.

In episode 37 the Scorpear loses a claw during the battle. It isn't repaired until episode 41.

Zoids Wild ZERO

Two Scorpears appear in episode 1 of Zoids Wild ZERO. They are used by soldiers of the Empire. These Scorpears are equipped with guns on the tail and have a cockpit. They are gray/blue in colour.
