Shadow is a fictional character from Zoids: Chaotic Century and Zoids: Guardian Force. In both series, he is the Organoid of Van Flyheights rival, Raven.

Overview
Chaotic Century
Before the start of the series, a group of Helic scientist found Shadow. The scientist are attacked by a Guylos regiment, let by Prozen, and only survive because of the actions of Dan Flyheight. However, Shadow was still captured by Guylos forces. While no one is able to tame him, Prozen allows Raven to try to attempt to tame him. To the surprise of everyone, Raven is able to tame the Organoid. After that, Shadow became the Raven's Organoid.
Shadows first appearance in series is in episode 12, where he and Raven are shown destroying Helic Guysak's. After finding this out, Van tries to battle the two in his Shield Liger, but is quickly defeat. Van tries again in vain, but is once again defeated by Raven's Zaber Fang. Since then, Shadow is shown to constantly travel around with Raven, and is responsible for saving Raven after the Zaber Fang was destroyed.
With the lost of the Zaber Fang, Raven is given a new Zoid, the Geno Saurer. With Shadows help, the Geno Saurer becomes more powerful then before. However, the Geno Saurer is finally destroyed in episode 33. However, Shadow is once again responsible for saving Raven.
Guardian Force
Two years later, Shadow and Raven reappear again, this time destroying military bases at random. After a encounter with Van Flyheight, Raven is able to regain his memory, and a new Geno Saurer. After defeating Van again, Shadow takes the Geno Saurer away, and fuses with it (it's also implied that Ambient fused with it as well). Soon, the Geno Breaker is born. With this new Zoid, Raven is once again nigh unstoppable. However, unlike pervious Zoids, Shadow could only remain fused with the Geno Breaker for a set amount of time.
Later on, during a battle between Van, the Death Stinger fires it's Charged Particle Cannon at the military base the two are fighting at, taking out one of the Geno Breakers claws, and killing Shadow. While Raven mourns his death, Prozen (now the Dark Kaiser) is able to resurrect the Organoid. However, Shadow is reverted to his old feral self, and attacks Raven (as well as Specula). However, once again, Raven is able to gain the Organoids trust. Later on, Shadow helps with the destruction of the Death Saurer.
After the battle, Shadow (along with Specula) leaves with Reese and Raven.
Personality
Shadow is shown to be feral and dangerous; attacking anyone he sees’s as a threat. Unlike Zeke, who is a rival to Shadow, Shadow is shown to not care about anyone other then Raven.
Abilities
Shadow gused with a Zoids core.
Like most other Organoids, Shadow has the ability of flight, and the ability to fuse with Zoid cores. He is also able to boost the ability of any Zoid he fuses with (such as being able to make a Godos more powerful then a regular Godos.)
One interesting thing about Shadow is that instead of boosters in his legs (as other Organoids have), he relies on a pair of wings to fly (though he is rarely seen flapping them).
Relationships
Like other characters, Shadow has his own unique relationships
Raven: At first, Raven only see's Shadow as a weapon of destruction, and doesn't care for the Organoid at all. However, Shadow is shown to be loyal to Raven, and will (and has) risked his life to protect Raven. Later on, Raven finally treats the Organoid as a friend.
Reese: While Shadow is shown at first to dislike Reese (as he does with everyone else), he appears to be friendly to her later on in the series.
Zeke: As Raven is a rival to Van, Shadow is a rival to Zeke. The two are shown to be complete opposites of one another (Zeke being friendly and cheerful, with Shadow being feral and dangerous). At the end of the series, the two could Organoids appear to be somewhat friendly, though this is unknown.
Specula: Much like Reese, Shadow is shown to dislike, and distrust, Specula. The two do fight at one point, with Shadow coming out as the winner. However, the two do appear to become friendly to one another at the end of the series.
Ambient: The two are shown to have a dislike of one another, though they are rarely in contact.
