Just for future reference, why was this image deleted? I read that it didn't have proper licensing, but basically none of the images I've uploaded had any licensing attached to them, such as all the CC ones. What licensing should I use? (also, I can't reupload the image, I don't have it anymore) Slax01 01:35, May 25, 2010 (UTC)

Basically, we don't want anyone to claim the pics as their own, and get this site into legal trouble. (Zoids Fanatic 01:42, May 25, 2010 (UTC))

Yeah, but this was a screenshot from a series, which anyone has access to. surely a photo from a series is a common-access good? Its not like it was artwork. Either way, which of the licensing tabs should I click (so I can go back and add them to the images which I didn't label)? Slax01 02:39, May 25, 2010 (UTC)

please license ur images. its bad enough we dont have citations. if any of you have posted pics without licensing either fix it or delete it. your call--Leon35 02:43, May 25, 2010 (UTC)

if it is your own image, there is a license for it

in retrospect i probobly shouldnt have deleted it. but im sure ill be able to undo it--Leon35 02:54, May 25, 2010 (UTC)

I'm happy to go back and add the licensing on, but which one should I use? Fair use is what I'd pick, but theres also the one that says or that I took it myself. Cuz while I did take the screenshot, that's kinda like taking a photo of a painting, if you know what I mean xD Slax01 02:58, May 25, 2010 (UTC)

when in dought, always Always ALWAYS say that the image is copyrighted and will be used in a way that qualifies under US law. this way ur nvr wrong--Leon35 03:03, May 25, 2010 (UTC)

Cool, will do that, thanks for the help :) Slax01 03:09, May 25, 2010 (UTC)
