The Red Rival - Leon Toros Returns is episode 16 from the anime series Zoids: New Century Zero based on TOMY's Zoids model franchise.
Overview
Leon returns, but joins the Flugel team rather than the Blitz team. When the Flugel Team is Challanged by the BD, Naomi finds herself at the mercy of Volta due to a special magnetic Feild. She is saved when a red Blade Liger blast through the dome and slices the Rev Raptor. The Blitz Team is challenged by the Flugel Team expecting the 988 battle mode but are shocked to find its 982 battle mode. Expecting a complete novice as Naomi's partner it turns out to be a red Blade Liger piloted bt Leena's brother Leon. The Blade Liger proved to be more Bit could handle as it countered the Strike Laser Claw attack every time Bit tried. Leena was quickly taken out by Naomi leaving the rest of the battle to Leon. As Bit uses Laser Claw Attack one last time he manages to damage the Blade Liger. Vlota after learning the Blade Ligers Location decides to interupted the battle and get hir revenge. As Leon and Bit charge they are fired upon by the BD. Bit quickly changes to the Shneider unit and with the Blade Liger they effortlessly destroy the invading Rev Raptors, Volta is then taken out by Naomi.
