Emperor Zeppelin II is a fictional character from Zoids: Chaotic Century. He is a minor character, making only a few appearances.

Overview

In Zoids: Chaotic Century, Zeppelin is the reigning Emperor of the Guylos Empire. He is shown to be of extreme age and has failing health. He uses his adviser Gunther Prozen to handle matters of state. Zeppelin wishes to overwhelm the Helic Republic before he dies to secure his borders and thus safeguard his grandson Rudolph who will succeed him to the throne. On Zeppelin's behalf Prozen attacks New Helic City to try and force the Republic to surrender but the Emperor dies during the engagement and the New Emperor Rudolph calls a ceasefire.

Personality

Little is known about Zeppelin except that he had a very close, loving relationship with his grandson Rudolph, who missed him terribly when he died. Zeppelin apparently mentored Prozen for many years and had absolute trust in him. This is, however, revealed to be misplaced as Prozen attempts to have Rudolph assassinated in order to both re-ignite the war with the Republic and to seize the throne for himself.
