Decisive Battle
Decisive Battle is an episode from the anime series Zoids: Genesis based on TOMY's Zoids model franchise.
Overview
With the fall of Ra-Kan, Ruuji was accepted as the new leader. Da-Jin and the others all agreed, but they were concerned that the new units, those from Digald, would not be so accepting. With that, Ruuji went around proving his worth to as many people as he could, while on the opposite spectrum, Jiin was going around indiscriminately destroying everything on the way to Torafu. Thus Ruuji decided that the entire army would meet Jiin outside Torafu. Whilst the city had defences of its own, Ruuji did not want the additional casualties it would bring.
It was that night, before the entire army marched, that Ruuji addressed the amassed forces. He was met not with scepticism, but with all around cheers and applause.
As they marched out, they found Jiin had no Bio Raptor Gui forces left. This was due the nature of the Gui, they needed human pilots, and it seemed Jiin did not have enough people around him to construct a force of flying Zoids.
The plan was to switch off their Zoids in wait, and to strike the Tyranno after its preemptive attack. But it did not work. Jiin spotted them, and unleashed the Bio Particle Cannon on their newly recruited forces. Ron then used his signal, a massive blast of dozens of missile batteries. With low moral amongst the troops, Ruuji decided to attack the Tyranno, disabling its cannon would be a significant blow. Yet, he was outmatched and pinned. With no comrades nearby that were able to move, he faced the Bio Particle.
