Going Rogue! is the 39th episode of Zoids: Wild. It first aired in Japan on the 6th of April, 2019.
Overview[]
Bastion is sent off with Greta suffering severe injuries. Pach, Scrapes and Tremor are likewise incapacitated.
Seeing the damage from the previous battle, Arashi decides he wants to head into Dark Metal Empire to retrieve the three supreme Zoids. His Zoid is the least damaged of the team.
He wants to leave, but he knows if he tells the others, they'll come with him. Not wanting to risk their Zoids, he puts on an act to attempt to deceive them (pretending he' a loser and not worthy of the fight). He leaves alone.
But Apex catches up with him, and challenges Arashi to a fight. He even goes to engage his Wild Blast, knowing the damage to the Wolf is too much to take a Wild Blast. Arashi stops him from engaging the Alpha Shadow, and instead challenges him to a fist fight.
Battalia and Analog arrive, and diffuse the situation. Analog does his own personal Wild Blast, while Battalia slaps sense into Arashi. They return his badge and convince him not to go.
Back at base, Dyna and Shade have information from the resistance. It may be that their best bet is to find the Great Ancient Treasure Z. The treasure may not be riches, but instead a powerful weapon. With limited information, the group optimistically come up with the next step plan to both obtain the treasure, and defeat Dark Metal.
Meanwhile in Dark Metal, the scientists install Hacker keys over the hijacked Supreme Zoids.
